Custom or Special Orders: I am not doing any custom or special orders at this time.
I have been making and selling my handcrafts since I did my first craft show with my mother when I was in high school over 30 years ago. I am so happy to be able to offer them to you today through this website and Etsy. I am happy to answer any questions you may have to help you find the perfect item. Please be aware that some items may contain potential choking hazards including buttons, accessories, and tassels. Infants and children should wear items under adult supervision.
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
PayPal is the preferred payment. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Checks will be accepted, but orders will not ship until checks have cleared. This usually takes 5 – 7 business days.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Ann’Re Crochet Designs ships Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Once a payment is recieved, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All items are nicely wrapped and include care instructions. Orders are shipped USPS First-Class with tracking from Indiana, USA and should arrive in approximately 3-5 days. I will notify you once the package is shipped with the tracking number. Once the package is delivered to USPS I am not responsible for any packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
For international orders I use USPS First Class International Shipping. There is no set time when international order will arrive (usually 10-14 business days) and these orders CAN NOT be tracked. In the event of duty and/or taxes on shipping overseas, the buyer is responsible for these fees.
Insurance is always recommended. If you would like insurance, please contact me for a quote before paying for your order.
Please know that my customers are the greatest and I sincerely want everyone to be happy with their purchase. In the event something is not right, I want to work with you to make it right so please contact me immediately. If an item was damaged during shipping, this is the responsibility of the USPS, but I will help provide any information to help. Returns will be accepted with a return authorization from me up to 7 days after you receive it as long as the item/items has not been worn, used, or show any other kind of damage. I will refund the purchase price of a returned item less the shipping costs if the above requirements are met. The refund will be processed within 3 working days of my receipt of the returned item.
Because each item is unique and most are one of a kind, I cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. Please note that sized items include measurements in the descriptions. If you are not sure if something will fit, please contact me and I can help you with any additional measurements.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
All sales on custom items are a final.
